At first, I was thrilled with the ease of use on the website, and the great selection of glasses. I ordered a regular pair and a pair of polarized sunglasses. The fit on the sunglasses was not good, so I contacted the company and requested an exchange. They emailed a prepaid return label. After the package was received I contacted them, and was told that the return box was empty. I told them to look at the weight of the box and they could tell that it was not empty. Then I received an email that I was approved to exchange for an equal or lessor value of the least expensive pair (and that was not what I returned). I was also given the option, at the time I initiated the exchange, to get a credit on my credit card, or get a 110% exchange. I choose the exchange. That is not true! I am now told that I can only get an exchange value of $131 (instead of the $211 plus 10%). I am also told that there is nothing I can do about this. Buyers beware!
