The customer service may be fine once you reach an intelligent human (preferably in the US), but you need a tranquilizer to get through the process of getting to the right person. If you are transferred, the chances are 50/50 that you will get disconnected. I was on the online chat and told that it might take up two days to get an email to me to change my password. It wasn't worth asking why.

Tip for consumers:
If you want to purchase Origins products you would be better served buying them in person or on line from a retail store. Or browse on line and call another source to order. In all the years I have purchased product I was only once able to use my points. The selection of merchandise available with points is very limited.
