“Service is more than slow”

I ordered and shirt December 5. Today it is February 7 and my order has not been shipped. I have emailed them 3 times and called 3 times. They reply by email saying they are sorry and will check but still no answer. One phone had too many messages so mailbox was full. The other two voicemails I left have produced no results. I do not like to give a Christian company a bad review but I'm getting frustrated.

Tip for consumers:
After two months I still do not have my order so I can't answer some of these questions.
