I AGREE WITH SABINA. I PURCHASED TWO ITEMS, ONLY ONE WAS DOWNLOADABLE AFTER A WEEK AND THE SERIAL NUMBER FOR THE INSTALLATION DOES NOT WORK AND NO APPEALS FOR CONTACT HAVE HELPED. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRULY TERRIBLE.

They don't hold stock but will advertise items as available. I orderered 12/27 and was notified...
