I ordered two things from dresslily mostly because I wanted to see if I would actually receive my products. I love the look of the clothes on this website but it's too good to be true. The quality of the products are terrible and I even followed their size chart and the product is still not the right size. I also got sent the wrong product. The sad thing is it's such a hassle to even be able to return the items. This is ridiculous especially your company clearly doesn't know what the heck they are doing. I would like a refund but I doubt I would even get it. I am a very dissatisfied customer and I have never had any trouble ordering online until now.
