I strongly advise against LENOVO to everyone due to the EMEA customer care - BAD and such as to arrive at the rudeness and personal offenses.

After my new and very little used tablet went for service 2 times in a few months, I complain politely and receive inferences from a certain "Aleksandra" (among other things with grammar errors and very bad syntax).
Absurd.
The first time in my life that assistance - among other things after frustrating premises - allows itself to have a tone like this!
I do not recommend LENOVO because you pay more for a brand that has the worst support I have ever experienced!
