I ordered 3 dresses from EShakti with a promised delivery date of July 15th. I received two emails from them informing me that the order was delayed. It did finally ship nearly 3 weeks late. When I opened the box, there are only 2 dresses in there. The third one is missing and I did not receive notification that it was shipping separately. I have contacted their customer service department, but this is still unacceptable. To be fair, they did keep me updated on the shipping delays and I did receive some of the product. The two dresses that arrived are lovely and fit perfectly. But with one dress missing and the late shipping, I can only give 2 stars. I have ordered from them previously and they were much better the first time. So Covid has obviously affected them.
