My review will be consistent with many others. My order hasn't arrived. It says it shipped on the 4th but there is no tracking # to check. I contacted customer service 2x via email and called only to wait and wait on the phone. I too don't believe there is an actual customer service line or rep. Even the busiest places don't make people wait 20+ mins to speak to someone. There are many good places to order from. Had a read the review (note for next time) I wouldn't have ordered.

Hi Sally. Unfortunately, in reviewing your account it does not show we've ever received an e-mail from you regarding the order. We certainly do have a CS line and reps. However, due to the holiday season they have experienced a high volume of both calls and e-mails. Also, in reviewing your order, it shows it was delivered on 12/15.
