Made an order on 9 October 2023 and today is 16 October 2023 and no delivery yet eventhough its mentioned in website its a 2-3 shipping period. When i made first order i suppose to award gear up point but i didnt even when i made the next order i asked them to update my gear up point and use it but no action and didnt accept it. When i made the second order ( payment at delivery) + order not yet shipped,, asked them politely to modify my order since its not yet shipped but they refused. Customer service is replying to you but based on my personal experience i had bad one.
