The tutoring website was okay but the tutoring hours were extremely short and, more than once there was issues with the hours of operations. Once, I was told to wait for five minutes to be connected to a tutor, but instead was disconnected and the tutoring site closed. The tutoring I did receive was okay, but nothing exceptional. I did not renew my subscription and instead found a different site to receive my tutoring.
