Recently, a package was delivered to the wrong address (FedEx photo showed a different building), and the customer service rep said I needed to make a police report for them to even consider a replacement or a refund. I apologetically called the police to make a report for a $50 jacket, and even THEY were shocked at the shoddy way this company does business. In addition, everything for this missing package report or even a regular return is done on paper via snail mail. If you ask for credit for a future purchase, it takes weeks to get a letter in the mail with the credit voucher. I'm very disappointed with this sham way of handling missing deliveries as well as refunds.
