Horrible customer service. I ordered a costume 2 sizes bigger because their site states that the sizes are more catered towards Asians & it still didn't fit. I ordered a 150cm shirt & the one they sent was much smaller. They then told me I had to pay $130 to return the item. When I told I wasn't going to pay double what the item was worth just to send it back they told me to keep it & offered a measley 22% discount to purchase a new. I will not be ordering from them again. They are not reputable.
Tip for consumers:
They will send you a smaller size costume despite you ordering one 2 sizes bigger. They will not refund or offer to cover the return fee ($130 CAD). They will offer you an insulting discount & expect you to purchase another costume but I wouldn't because even if I bought an adult sized costume it still wouldn't fit my 10 year old child.
