I have been ordering on boohoo for a couple of years. I have never expected the greatest quality, but of late the material being used is useless after one wear let alone one wash. Sizing differs from item to item. I don't ever bother to return, I just throw away. Have never had trouble with deliveries. I think a better description of the material would be a great advantage. I have had lots of dresses that I am unable to wear because they cling or are so this they hang like a dishcloth. Plus the prices are going up average was £10 not not a lot under £15.

Trying to get information ie owner of this company is impossible. I ordered 4 pairs of Bandals plus about 10 different straps through Zulily. 1 pair came with 2 right feet. I Tweeted a Tom Sesti, whom google said was associated with Bandals I asked him to get customer services to answer my emails but he replied he didn't work for Bandals. For over a week I have heard nought. I bet if I was to put an order in on their web site I would get a quick response. Not the best product if you pay full price, a bit cheap looking. I say to Bandals get someone in customer service to earn their money or sack them.

The thing is you are not ordering something for $5 you are buying clothes reduced sometimes 75%. These manufacturers can't sell these products at the real price because most are seconds. They should state this then new customers could avoid the site instead of finding out the hard way. Throwing good money after bad comes to mind. We all like a bargain but not if it turns out to be rubbish but looks brilliant in the photos.
