Every time there's a main event on, On-Demand thru Spectrum Cable they fake outages. They even send you a text message saying there's an outage, get you to call in and want to discuss you billing. Then when the event is OVER which is aired, Spectrum Cable sends another text that the outage has been restored. So when you pay for the On-Demand event, you're not able to watch it. This happened again on Saturday night 5/4/24 during the Alvarez vs Munguia boxing match.

I asked for a supervisor or manager, she said said they'll tell me the same thing. Said call tomorrow. No one there to take my complaint. Megan did not care at all, she said, " have a good night"..

I received a message from Kohl's that my order is ready for pickup. When I arrived, Monica in the pickup area/ Amazon, was there, I was having a hard time connecting to the pickup pass. I asked Monica if she would look up by order #, she said "NO" she said wait until your pickup pass shows up. She told the lady behind me that she'd help her. Finally my pickup pass showed spot #121. So I gave it to Monica. And once again she was rude. Said go back there and get it yourself. I had never been told to go get it myself. I've been there many times and was helped. Monica was neither polite, nor professional nor courteous.
Spectrum has had 2 outages this week. Always the same time 10p until the next morning or mid afternoon. When you call them, csr only wants to discuss your billing. When you ask about the outage, they say unable to say when back on. When you ask them for credit csr says they can't. I ask for a supervisor, only then do I get told that I'll see on next billing. I told her that if the csr would have offered the credit I wouldn't have needed to talk to her. That's when she stated "We don't offer credit" WOW
So then another outage 3 days later, called again, spoke with csr, told again, times not available for Cable restoration. And he sent me a text will get 4 hrs credit! Cable has been out longer than that. They never call back to give you credit...

I opened my policy April of 2022, paid every month. Then in, June of 2023 I filed a claim for my pool equipment that was also part of my policy. I paid an additional service fee for contractor to diagnose. It clearly stated that grids were torn, and manifold cracked. Needed replacement. CHOICE HOME WARRANTY denied work.
Not good! I have cancelled my service with CHOICE HOME WARRANTY!

Yes, the Drain Experts Plumbing Co., they sent to diagnose, did not open the filter to inspect. They made me open filter, so they could take pictures and send to Choice home warranty, employee Martin said not he's job to open.
La Casita closed and was bought out by El TIO Pepe's in Victorville CA. Opened up under El TIO Pepe's. Tried it once again after 15 yrs, didn't like them and still don't! My husband had menudo and it was so old the hominy was dissolved. Meat was slimy. I had the jumbo bacon wrapped shrimp with rice and beans. The beans tasted out of a can, rice was so dry and crunchy covered over with dried out shrimp over it. Shrimp very rubbery. Bacon sooo salty. Terrible food. And so wash down the terrible food we had flat draft beer!

I went to Walmart in Victorville on Palmdale/395 hwy Sat 11/5/22. Was supposed to be a simple 20 min shopping trip that turned into a little over an hour. The shopping was easy, the problem was with the Lady at the register. She double charged for headset, and for 4 motor oils. I purchased 1 headset and bought 3 motor oils, plus 3 other items. I paid with my credit card, when she gave me the Bill, I looked it over, I began to ask her why she DBL chrgd and why 4 motor oils, she proceeded to give credit of $9.28 only. I had to call the manager to get this cleared up. The Lady (employee) at register proceeded to continue her loud interruption while the Mgr took care of the problem. Surprisingly the Mgr didn't tell her to STOP and just go about helping the customers at her register. Mgr had to refund the $23.62, and cancel the total transaction to get the right amount to be chrgd.

Instant plumbing repairs of Colton CA Kept my credit card on file without my permission. We set up payment plan, the FINAL payment was to be on 8/12/22, they took it on 8/5/22 without my permission. I have a home warranty INS who paid the remaining amount. Yesterday I received a text from Instant plumbing repairs asking for a payment. I had to close my card to STOP them from taking more money. I tried calling, texting, emailing them and got NO RESPONSE. Don't use them, don't give them your card information. They'll try to keep getting money from you.

My son's engine motor having problems, was told to use Blue Devil product - pour n go head gasket. He even called the customer service number on product and was told to use the whole bottle. Followed in instructions. When it was time to start and drive the car the water pump blew up. Water coming out and over heated. DON'T Waste Your time and money. Turns out you GET MORE PROBLEMS...

I called T-Mobile to cancel my hotspot, I tt Bernadette who refused to cancel my service and refused to get me a supervisor. Ultimately she ended up hanging up on me. I called back, tt Amber who ended up cancelling my service as requested. Bernadette also refused to send me an email that specified my cancellation, she made our conversation sound pleasant when it wasn't.
I hired instant plumbing repairs. They got Pd 1/2 up Front. Then a payment arrangement was made for remaining balance into two payments. They called me early on 7/22 to get a payment & I told them I would have it on the 27th, they said ok. Then she said she would call early on Friday 8/5 to see about paying the bal. Today on 8/5 no one called me. At 4:52 Alyza sent me a text that they took the final payment without my permission. She said they kept my card on file. I NEVER gave permission for them to keep my card on file. I had made payments as agreed. BUT I don't agree with them taking the payment without consulting me first, nor them keeping my card on file.
I ordered a clam chowder and they didn't have. Then I ordered a club sandwich and they said I had to pay for fries, even if I didn't want. So I ordered a BLT. Then we ordered a pitcher of Modelo and you quested it, none available. Their was 3 of us. OMG

I purchased Chile dogs, only to get home and have watered down Chile. I purchased it cash and no receipt was given. I tried calling them but they don't answer. *******504. Location in Victorville CA ******* on Bear Valley Rd.
When I placed an order I was given a total only to receive a receipt via email with $100 added on top of the total quoted. I instantly called back to see if he had made a mistake. He said no that processing fees were added. NOT once did he ever mention processing fees. I cancelled immediately.

The customer service agent's at the Victorville CA location, at printer services don't want to help at counter when you have been in line, waiting to be helped. They direct you to the self help printers. I've been there several times and they have NOT been doing anything and still send you to help yourself. Terrible service.
