First off the return policy is pretty weak for something as difficult to buy online as shoes. 30 days, and that isn't even from when you receive them but when they are shipped. Return shipping isn't free. Secondly, a long time ago these shoes were made in Europe to fairly high standards. Sometime later they moved production to China but they still used high quality leathers and were well made by Chinese standards. Recently I received a pair made in Vietnam and the quality / materials are unacceptable for a supposedly high end shoe. My recommendation: if you don't mind a 30 day return policy go to 6pm and buy much higher quality shoes for around the same price.

It has been a year or two since ordering here but the experience was always ok. Four stars instead of five because selection was somewhat limited and shipping was pricey.

They are incredibly stingy with coupons and it is impossible to go back and review restuarants at your leisure. If you dont do it when they ask you, the oppurtunity vanishes.

Tip for consumers:
Eat24 has better deals but even worse customer service.

The website is so glicthy, slow, and poorly designed it is almost impossible to use. Items are completetly missing from their proper categories and search parameters. It emptied my cart numerous times, including just for logging in. Finally when I tried to pay, their third party credit card processing service declined me without explanation and of course my cart was totally emptied again. When you contact their help desk you get an immediate bot reply that they are "currently experiencing a high level of emails." If you want to torture yourself try placing an order with them.

Update 6/15: I have since made a couple of successful purchases. Difficult and time consuming but it can be done. I've increased rating from one to two stars.

Hi Rusty.
We are sorry that you had a bad experience. We recently did a system upgrade and during that time the site was not functioning properly. You must have been trying to order during the update. We decided to keep the site live during the update to maintain a high level of service but that might have been a bad idea.
