I've ordered many items from Amazon.Com. Things I've had problemswith have been taken care of in a professional manner.
I had a size problem with 3 blouses and 2 dresses. I contacted company of my problem. After a review I wrote, they did make it right. I'm hoping in the future they will take care of all problems do to sizing. I have been told they will work on this problem to help serve their present and future customers.
Tip for consumers:
Be sure to check sizing information for each item separately. Different companies use different sizing details.
