I have recently received an email from dresslilly that they will refund my money of a order I never received.
I will update when the refund is settled.

Tip for consumers:
I did get another reply fro Dresslilly. The credited my "wallet". Meaning I have an in store credit. Why in the world would I want an in store credit for a store that could not resolve an issue? I did not give them a credit! I gave them my money which I obviously will never see again.
n my opinion, this place is a rip-off!
