After receiving an unhelpful automated reply about which I wrote a frustrated review, I received a response from an actual person who DID read my question and handled it. I am very grateful for the opportunity that Ibotta gives me to earn cash back, but I don't care for the AI-type responses that really do no read/understand the question or realize the extent of what I have tried already.
