Placed an order for $28 USD and then paid for DHL 3 day delivery which was another whopping $38 USD...
After 5 days my package did not arrive and when I contacted their sales I was told that they were back from a holiday and that my order would be sent out promptly... I asked if I could get a reduction in shipping charge as I paid for a 3 day delivery and it still was not delivered. They wrote back a day later to say that my order was shipped but using a different company (EMS) and that I can expect my package in 7 days (total of two weeks late) and that the shipping charge was the same!
This is a rip off, they say that DHL can not deliver because the package had batteries and would be stopped by Chinese customs...
Why do they offer this shipping service if DHL cannot deliver? Why did they use a different shipping method compared to what I paid for? Why did they do this without confirming with me first that it was OK to do this? Why did I pay $38 USD for normal shipping when I paid for fast shipping? Why is my package still not delivered? I strongly suspect that this is a means of extorting more money from the customers. The normal shipping bill should be about $20 USD yet they have made another $18 USD profit from me...
