So we placed an order over a month ago. I had to pay for a tracking number. When I click on the number, it sends me to a static page of theirs that says, "Be Patient...". So I kept checking thinking that it would eventually link to Fed Ex or someone. After about three weeks, still nothing and the link still doesn't work.
I have tried three times to contact them and I still have had no response. I'm out over $100 so don't be stupid like me and get ripped off from a company that doesn't care (or may not even exist). According to their website, we should have received the merchandise within two to three weeks. Its been over a month and I can't even get a response from their customer service. Total Rip Off!
