I said it! Perhaps, the move out of California is a factor? For me, it has been a long time and there's no response to several emails All I want is the ability to return 5 cartridges and my account to be corrected. I can't make excuses anymore.

Tip for consumers:
The store has an open door .... nobody is working hard .... fails to follow-up!
