I had three subscriptions (began March 2019)with The Motley Fool and purchased over 30 recommended stocks with the plan to keep for a minimum of 5 years based on their recommendation. As of now the portfolio is down 40%. I had not received any sell advice so I called them and was told I would have to keep paying for the subscription in order to get sell advice. They do not tell you this up front. Bait and Hook is what I consider this. Their services are expensive which would steeply cut into your net profits by having to maintain a subscription. Very disappointed with these brothers. I will go ahead and keep these stocks and wait out the 5 years and report back with what I sincerely hope will be a positive report.

After waiting several months for a chair my wife finally received it. Not easily put together due to inferior hardware/design she had one more part to install. The last caster would not screw into the leg due to bad threads on the receiving leg. Calling the company she was told they would send her out another leg and caster which she acceptable.
Later she received an email stating they couldn't do that as their new stock was different. I objected and was told if I sent in pictures of the damage they would get back in touch. I sent two pictures. Today we received a call from RACHEL telling my wife she would have to send the chair back and they would send another chair. In other words my wife was given additional work (disassemble, repack, ship and assemble new chair when received) due to their faulty product. I said the least she could do was offer a discount for the inconvenience and was told they couldn't do that.

I told RACHEL that was not acceptable and she stated they were a small family owned company and that was their policy. Asking to speak with the owner she stated and I quote, "That's not going to happen". She said I could only communicate with the owners vis email. So much for being a small family owned company.
I stated that if I was not able to speak with an owner I would voice my dissatisfaction with a one star rating. At this point RACHEL said "that's your opinion and hung up on me"
All I can say is STAY AWAY. It's obivious RACHEL doesn't understand that you can win a battle much easier than winning a war but one has to understand that for an employee to be so callous and unhelpful it tells you something about the owners.

I ordered and received an LG Super AB Toner chair with bicycle attachemnt. The chair is ok but the bicycle attachment was broken. I immediately called saferwholesale and they said they would send a new attachment out. I never received it and calle again and spoke with Kyle. He said he would send one out to me.
I waitted another two weeks and called again and spoke with Matt explaining that I had not received the bicycle attachment. He asked if I had sent a picture of the damaged product. I explained that Kyle did not request a picture.
Matt put me on hold about seven minutes. When he returned he said he tried calling the manufacturer but the guy he needed to talk to was out to lunch. He said the guy would call him back and then he would call me back. This really sounds similar to all the other reviews I have read. I'll wait another 2 weeks and see what happens. I consider myself lucky as this was only a $10.00 attachment.
