Interest rates along with homes values way to high, 50% home gains in two years is very unsustainable. All these real estate industry people just hype and BS the market while it's starting to sink! I'll be patient and wait for a major correction and I think only fools are buying this bubble!
Bankrate is in the lending biz and every article they put out about housing is nonsensical BS hype, it is non-stop and in the meantime the housing market is slowing down and heading for a crash! I bet Zillow owns them lol?
