THINGS HAPPEN BUT THEY CHANGED MY FLIGHTS TWICE AND NOW I FINALLY CHANGED IT AGAIN BECAUSE WHEN THEY CHANGED MY FLIGHT THEY DIDN'T THINK TO LOOK AT WHAT TIME I WAS ARRIVING FROM OVERSEES AND BOOKED ME TOO EARLY NOW I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 6 HOURS AT THE AIRPORT TO FLY BACK TO HOUSTON. HOPEFULLY THEY WON'T CHANGE IT AGAIN. THEY AT LEAST NOT CHARGE ME FOR CHECKED BAGGAGE OR CARRY ON BAG.
BECAUSE IT SOUNDED LIKE WHAT I HAD TO DO TO GET THERE IN TIME AND COME BACK HOME IN TIME
I RECIEVED AN EMAIL FROM THEM AND DECIDED TO USE THEM FOR MY NEXT TRIP
They are very helpful and have fixed my computer twice. They are courteous and knowledgeable.
