Sent them back the harness for my shoulder holster. Elastic retention strap had died. Called got a repair ticket no. Was expecting to pay for repair and shipping. I received it back on 7-14-16. No charge for work. Was listed as warrenty repair. NOW THATS TOP OF THE MOUNTIAN SERVICE.

Ad said holster wear and in good operating condition; arrived a dealer who ordered it. It was rusted and fireing pin was broken. Called said nowarrenty your problem.
