I will never use grubhub again. I ordered and printed my receipt. I went to the restaurant to pick up my order. They can't find it. So I mentioned it I ordered it through grubhub. First comment, restaurant worker said "Argh, we're getting intermittent problems receiving emails". So that already irritated them. They looked at the receipt. They asked if I have email proof I got something from grubhub. I never got one. I told them, I never received email from them. If they're having problems getting email from grubhub, they probably had the same issue sending email receipts. They tried calling grubhub. They service said there is a 10 minute wait. They're too busy to wait.
They won't honor the order as they don't know if I fabricate the receipt. Really?!? I was so pissed as I felt insulted after not getting my order. Called grubhub. It ook 15 minutes to get a refund. Never again!
Next time I order. I'll call the restaurant. If grubhub can't send as simple as sending emails out, then it's a crappy system!
