Hi, Im trying to get a resolution for the oversized BBQ cover I received and all I seem to get is automated responses and today received this invitation as a reply ignoring my issue and instead asking to me to write a review based upon the service and product. Perhaps reading emails from customers would be a great start. Also the advise you provide on your website to account for extra coverage has turned my BBQ cover into an oversized tent. Very disappointed.

OK but would not apply my 20% discount on the purchse like the email said.
Both amazon pay and Apple Pay were not working well, so had to go for credit card entry to pay
