Promo code did not automatically appear in my order/shopping cart. Even though I selected to shop through holiday home sale. I almost backed out of the order, felt deceptive. I am a return buyer, you have good service and a good product should not make the checkout process difficult.

I'm unsure what is going on with Go-Parts. I ordered 3 items for my car, based on pricing and availability. I received an email which acknowledged that they had my $$$, then nothing for a week. Today I received a text message stating that my purchase price had been refunded? No explanation, thanks for wasting my time! NEVER USE GO-PARTS!
