Abysmal customer service; will not honor return of defective goods.

I did not send multiple emails, make a phone call, a video, and spend way too much of my time troubleshooting, only to drive 90 minute round trip to the valley and make bogus claims that one of the $20 product they sold me was defective. It most definitely was, and cataloged by the emails and phone calls I made starting immediately after receiving my delivery.

Unfortunately for me after two weeks of being idle, a partial charge and an 'inspection' deemed the helicopter to be 'operating normally'. It hadn't been, it wasn't, and it still isn't, as a full charge when getting home resulted in a return to its usual out-the-box behaviour of not binding and not flying. Video proof was provided.

Any response by thinkrc will include claims that the helicopter was used and 'damaged' due to visible wear on the blades. The couple of times I was actually able get the helicopter in the air it did lose signal and inevitably crash. I made them aware of this in the first email I sent.

The fact is this company do not side with the customer, take your word, or any additional proof for that matter, and will not honor any refunds, returns, or store credit if they ship you defective items. Needless to say they have lost me as a customer.
