I was disappointed when I spent an hour setting up a cool card and at the end it told me I needed to upgrade my account for $12 a year w/automatic renewal. The automatic renewal scares me since the previous reviewer said he could not cancel it! So I found JibJab's address and phone contact info... here it is if anyone else has that problem. You can also find them on Google Earth and actually see their bright red office building in Venice Beach CA. I would like to upgrade but from what I heard the other person said I am now very leery until I get them on the phone. I will place my order ONLY over the phone with them and it WILL be recorded with my flip camera so they cannot deny ever getting my order.
