I have just signed up for a 7 day free trial of SpyHunter but did not receive a product code email to proceed with the installation.

I have keyed in my debit card details and have a message saying that an email has been sent to me and to key in the activation key. This is very worrying. The message with the spaces to key in the activation code states "When you purchased Spyhunter your activation key was sent to you by email" This would indicate that I did this and the fact that I am able to log in to your website shows that I entered the correct address.

To log in to our website only requires an account created during the registration and not a purchase or a trial subscription. However, in order to investigate this further, Could you please advise if you might have used some other email during the purchase? In such cases the subscription might be registered under another email address. Also, if you could provide us with an order number of the purchase we could easily check any charge associated to that order number.

I have powered off my computer and on again and every time I get a window coming up asking me to enter my activation key.I have no activation key to enter. Presumably thiw is a scam. I thought you were a reputable company now I know differently.

We apologize for any inconvenience and confusion you may have had with our subscription agreement. Our terms and conditions on our web page states that SpyHunter and RegHunter is a three month subscription that auto renews automatically at the end of the current three month or one week trial period, and that you have the option to cancel this service at any stage should you wish to do so. To cancel the auto renewal, all you need do is send us a support ticket using SpyHunter's help desk and we will cancel this option for you.

In this case, since you have not signed up for a 7 days trial which also requires your credit card information, you will not be charged for any renewals.

I have now deleted Spyhunter twice and attempted to sign up for Spyhunter 5 three times using two email addresses aimed at two different devices, and keying in my debit card details each time. On each occasion I did not receive an email so could not proceed. I don't know what the problem is nor can I understand why you can't help me. You say I haven't signed up for a 7 day free trial, but it is not for the want of trying. I'm not impressed.

Are you serious? YES I am trying to download the free trial. No I am not getting any error messages, the only message I get is to say that registration is complete and thaat I will receive an email with the code to enter. I do not receive this email.

Can you please forward the email you are mentioning at *******@enigmasoftware.com? Creating SpyHunter account does not equal starting a trial. The trial will only start after after inputting your credit card information and receiving the code in your email.
