This is in continuation with my previous review with Travelgenio Co., I opted to cancel my confirmed booking instead of waiting for the rectification of my daughter's name which takes time for them to take actions despite of several follow up through emails and phone calls. I filed the cancellation last 16th of April 2022 "lo and behold"they replied 2 days after on the 18th of April 2022 promising me to refund my payment within 10 days after the airline company confirmation, not the full amount because of cancellation charges they imposed which is fair only if the mistake was from my end but since the error was committed due to their negligence thus charges must be waived. Anyhow, whatever proceeds I could received it would not be an issue anymore what is important was I learned my lesson from this unfortunate experience and I am hoping that they will honor their commitment.
