I have placed many, many orders with Popcorn Factory & have experienced discounts not being applied, product arriving with broken lid, & product stolen. Despite those things - two being pretty much out of their control - Popcorn Factory has treated me awesomely. It's like they have that guy who's job is to make you happy. Their tins are cooler too! I love this company!

Easy to use site for customizing products. Would like to see more font styles & have the ability to place writing in angles, circles, & wiggles or waves. Horizontal & vertical seem to be the only positions available.
