This company bends the rules in whatever way makes them the most money. They sold me tickets to a music festival and did not let me know that I would not receive the tickets until two days before the event. They took my money immediately for the tickets.

Then when I realized that I would not be able to use the tickets I used their site to resell the tickets because I figured they would want to make sure that I and other customers got good service. Instead they misrepresented the reselling and delivery process so that they could make the sale and take their fees on the sale PLUS another 25% of the sales price as a cancellation fee since there is no possible way that I will be able to deliver on their requirements, which they misrepresented when I inquired about reselling.
