“I have used aliexpress for years”

I have used aliexpress for years. Loved it. However I have just experienced a dispute and I am thinking I will never take the chance agsin. From the automated response I received they protect the seller. This seller is refusing to work with me... if the seller and I do not settle the dispute in 3 days all money goes to the seller and the dispute is cancelled. So a seller just has to refuse to compromise when sizes and colors are wrong... and they still get all the money and the buyer is left with three pair of unusable boots.

Tip for consumers:
Don't take the risk. I have 2 pair red boots...supposed to be 1 pair silver and one red. The gold boots are supposed to be a size bigger than the red.and the gold boots were supposed to be dark brown.
