I'm going on 3 months of trying to get the items I paid for. 15+emails and they've ignored every one. Weeks ago sometime someone did reply and assured me it would be shipped immediately. It's 2 weeks now. And nothing has shipped. And again no one will respond. I've requested a refund 5 times and not a single effort has been made to resolve the issues.
