As soon as I start making larger purchases for cashback on your app, my account gets magically flagged for "suspicious activity" and is under a permanent investigation, one for which you can't even provide the slightest inkling as to how someone could even scam you using your own app through their Chrome browser?
And then I'm referred to terms of use that don't even begin to detail any violations for which I could have possibly even been a part of, all while refusing to accept the receipts from the merchant I used to purchase my hotel stays for my vacation?
And you can't even give me the courtesy as a customer to provide some insight into why my account was locked after refusing to pay me for justified purchases and robbing me of the opportunity to earn cashback from one of your competitors who doesn't treat me like I'm some sort of terrorist?
No wonder why your ratings on Consumeraffairs.com and Trustpilot.com are swirling the drain.
