I would suggest to any friend, family member or future consumer to NOT use this website to book any travel plans. I booked an airline for travel. Called to inquire about a possible travel date change & price. While speaking with the agent before I officially confirmed ANY change I was disconnected. The agent changed the flight without a confirmation and charged my credit card. Customer service was poor. I asked to speak with a supervisor and I was placed on hold for 45 minutes only to be told they would listen to the recording & have someone call me with in 24 hours. A representative never called. I had to pay an additional amount to correct the unauthorized change back to the original travel dates.
I am a professional in a customer service industry and would never consider arguing with a customer or not following up with.
