“Have not gotten anything yet 32 days after ordering!”

I went with the free shipping. It said 10 - 20 days. Nothing yet. I placed another order with them because I could not access my account to track the package (which is crazy!). This time I check the express shipping and when I clicked the final time to place the order, it came back that I had chosen the free shipping again! WRONG! I should have learned the first time. NEVER AGAIN!
