I shopped at this shoprite on 11/27/2023.
It bought $300 worth of groceries:
The cold cuts were very oily and had bad smell to them. The fruit was not sweet like they should be.
Worst ShopRite ever
Do not shop there. Go to other shoprites or giant.
Products used:
I called to refund. They said I have to come to same store where I bought the stuff from. I live half hour away. They will not allow me to refund at my local shoprite.
Very dissatisfied: shoprite has been going downhill.
My daughter bought something from them and they started charging her vip membership fee.
Very hard to cancel: I called on 11/25/2023 to cancel and they said there are 290 callers ahead of me. (5 hour wait)
Best way to cancel is put a stop on your card and file a fraud report against them.
