Recently had to contact Banggood Customer Service Dept. with a complaint about a faulty item. (Quadcopter)
Can`t imagine a better service. Quick respond times (thx Linda), competent technical advise (thx Cody)
And generally a fair view on business. (got a refund/replacement)
Good to know there is a place where somebody is going to listen to you, should there be a problem.
