Ordered $54 dollars of groceries. Only $34 was delivered by Amazon fresh and the rest by Amazon prime. Not knowing my entire order hadn't been filled yet, I tipped the Amazon fresh driver $10 cash. Later, Amazon charged my credit card another $5. In essence the person got a %50 tip. Amazons resolution was to give me an invisible $10 promotional credit that only appears when items meet some impossible criteria. Needless to say, they ripped me off.

Alice Runyon is fake and will block you without any reason, except of course fear of an honest review. I've used keen for 20 years but this will be my last. I found some really good ones and also some bad ones. Some old accounts from 2003 (PsychicJohn1 and PsychicSonya) we're a married couple who scammed so many people! They'd convince you to work with them offline. Another nasty one from around 2016 and before was (Advisor Alex). Some advisors take fair feedback (anything less than 5), very personally instead of allowing a good conversation. Keen let's them do this! There should be some sort of requirement that you can't just block people for the hell of it. Some advisors are great and Customer service has mostly been nice. But I'm done giving this company so much money every year.
