We had a cover for our motor home which quickly ripped around the seam stitching meaning it could not be tethered down well. They did replace it, however the second one had the exact same fault but they would not replace or offer for to pay for an upgrade in the model I had originally purchased or any discount to buy a new cover. They warranty is based on the date of the purchase of the first item. The fact the replacement has the exact poor quality stitching and is effectively a defective product and was only used for a few months was not of interest to this company. So disappointed. $300+ wasted.
We are sorry that you had issues with your $174.24 RV Class C order. The cover that you purchased was our lighter duty cover which may not be for the environment that you live in. We see from the notes in your order that you contacted us 9 months after your original purchase date for the stitching issue. We honored your warranty claim and replaced your cover in full at that time. We apologize if you were under the impression that would restart the warranty period, but it is clearly stated on our warranty sheet that was included with both the original and replacement orders that the warranty is from the purchase date. This particular cover has a listed one year warranty. Our warranty does cover multiple replacements if needed during the warranty period from the purchase date date. While we would never want to leave a customer dissatisfied with our product this unfortunately is too far out of the warranty period.
