Wish I could leave a negative or zero star rating. My husband ordered a cashmere sweater for me for Christmas. We received something in the mail on time, but it turned out to be men's jogging pants. We have since returned the item and they received it on 12/27/2014. Its been over 2 months and we still have not received any credit back for it. Trying to contact someone to resolve the problem has been very difficult. We will never shop there again and will tell all our friends and family not to do so either.

If he contacted Customer Service to get the proper label for a wrong item, the refund should have been issued within five business days of the item being received back by us. If they weren't contacted and return label was created through his account, that would likely be the reason for the delay since our returns team can't check in a wrong item unless it's marked by Customer Service on the return slip. I am terribly sorry for this delay and apologize for the inconvenience.
