Groupon shipped us a PHANTOM (envelope with nothing in it!) product – and won't return our $1,500 HELP! Groupon won't do the right thing and are expecting their customers to "eat it" – BEWARE buying from Groupon. Quentin Gessner, Little Elm, Texas

Tip for consumers:
You may not get what you ordered through Groupon - then it is your word against theirs. Buyer beware!!
