“Worst customer service ever”

Worst customer service ever. Everything in my order was wrong, or broken. I tried to get help by phone, I got the owner Marcy, who said she would "aks" the shipping dept why they screwed up my order. Then I got cursed at by someone and hung up on. I drove all the way over there, only to choke on the smell of cigarettes and pot smoke! Some old crinkley hippie guy said he was the owner, he scared me and my daughter.
