31/2 years ago I bought a womb chair and ottoman from France and Son. At the time it came in I was not happy with the way the felt fabric was pilling within a week. Called the customer service person and after many calls they gave me a 100.00 credit. Now 3 1/2 years later, the cushions are stretched out, and the felt fabric is thin and old looking. I called customer service again, and asked if they had replacement cushions, which I would have gladly paid for. After another couple of phone callswas told they can't do anything, and I should buy fabric take them to an upholsterer. I am very disappointed, and will never do business with the. Again.
