Tried to buy a red rug, received a white rug that was spray painted red. What kind of place would even consider offering something so ridiculous. I'll never do business with this website. Beware!

All rugs come white and we print the design onto the rug once an order has been placed. We can definitely further assist you with a replacement or we can talk about the return/refund policy.
