Charge a restocking fee when they shipped out the wrong part for my humidifier, even after they said the would not, then had the audacity to claim it was the right part after all. Liars. Do not trust this company. Look at the attached photos, not the same at all, and they know it.

Every time I need new tires, I still try to give local shops my business, but they continue to try to sell me overpriced tires, services and add-ons. I then end up right back at TireRack, and always satisfied.
