It's tough to grasp all the fancy legal talk without any real explanations. And if you don't get it, tough luckâthey won't bother breaking it down. Trying to talk on the phone is a hassle, and when you finally do, it's not even with a lawyer who can actually answer your questions or clear things up. By that point, I still don't understand what's going on with my case, what they've done, or what I need to do. All I know is they want an extra $99 to keep things going... Seriously, it's just bad, bad, bad.
